Riding motorcycles is considered to be 30X more dangerous than cars. Our goal is to make riding motorcycles as safe as driving cars. We do this by using technology to keep the rider safe and stay informed about their ride, their road and other motorists around. Safety in motorcycles has been about making the bikes dependable with ABS and traction control. But the threat for riders come from increased car ownership along with distracted driving. Most drivers are not looking to hurt riders. In my experience they are for the most part accommodating if they see the rider. We address this and other aspects such as rider alertness and road risks with technology to make riding as safe as cars.
